Our students have the advantage of a wide variety of modern training aircraft stationed on our flight line.
A classic flight training aircraft, the Cessna 152 is a two-seater with fixed tricycle gear and two-blade, fixed-pitch propeller and a Lycoming O-235-L2C flat-4 engine. With a cruise speed of 107 knots and a stall speed of 43 knots, it is one of the most versatile and durable training aircraft ever made.
Considered the most successful aircraft in history, the 172 has a storied history (including the longest flight in history, clocking in at 64 days, 22 hours, 19 minutes and 5 seconds in flight). It’s a four-seater single engine, high-wing aircraft with a cruise speed of 122 knots, stall speed of 47 knots, and range of 696 nautical miles.
The Seminole Twin is our twin-engine training aircraft. A four-seater with a range of 1,000 nautical miles, it is the perfect aircraft to practice complex maneuvers with such as dealing with an engine shutdown.
A single engine aircraft with low-mounted wings, the Arrow RG has retractable landing gear and an avionics suite that qualifies as a complex aircraft, perfect for ensuring our students are able to get the experience they need.
We’re proud to provide our students with the top-of-the-line innovative flight simulator, of which there are only a handful in the country.
Our ALX simulator is a great tool to use for both the instructor and the trainee. We aspire to ensure that the student will easily recognize the type of aircraft he is flying. In this high-tech and user-friendly simulator that ensures easy immersion for both trainee and instructor and offers a high level of training. The simulator becomes an essential tool for decision making; which is a vital part of the training.
The 300C is a light-utility two seater helicopter with a three-bladed main rotor and no hydraulics, making it one of the best training helicopters available. The 300C has a maximum speed of 95 knots, maximum rate of climb of 750 feet per minute, and a range of 195 nautical miles.
